The staff was very friendly. The newly rehabbed handicap room was very nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast and choices were good. Can't wait until the renovations are completed for a five star experience as we often return to this area

The staff is courteous and helpful. The breakfast is a great start to the day. The rooms are nice and clean though a bit worn. Like that electrical outlets are on both sides of the bed for devices and C-pap users. Love the pet friendly accommodations as we travel with a Service Dog. The location is great. Happy to see renovations are underway which will make for an even more enjoyable stay for future returns to the area.

All great. Breakfast included. Very clean rooms. The hotel currently goes through renovations, so everything becomes an upgrade and we enjoyed our newly renovated room! The construction works did not impact our stay. Only through the day noise is possible.

The hotel is just a few miles from the north entrance to Shenandoah National Park. It was convenient to everything and away from the downtown area. even though it is next to I-66, it is a quiet place to stay.

i really liked the workers and the connivence of it all. we only stayed one night before we headed back to NC, and we had everything we needed from ice, water, breakfast in the morning, snacks to purchase in the lobby area, as well as the coffee, teas and hot chocolate available all day!

Breakfast-good. Handicap room-good. Handicap bathroom-very good. Pet Friendly-accommodate Service Dog and one pet dog-very good. Bed/mattress-okay, but worn. Custodial staff does well at keeping well used facilities and grounds clean and maintained. Quiet-No rowdy guests during our stay. Location-very good.

The Breakfast meals were exceptionally delicious!!! And the staff that runs the Breakfast area were superb! Such a very and polite ladies, who were always asking me if everything was up to my standards, and if I needed anything else. The roons were very clean, and the beds were nice and firm, but very comfortable.

I want to take a minute to recognize the front desk person, Brian. He was the epitome of a welcoming host. Brian successfully countered all the inconveniences of ongoing construction with his positive, helpful attitude. A star employee!!!

We came up to explore Skyline Drive and Front Royal. This location was close to both. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the availability of coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours a day. The front desk were very welcoming and checked in with us without being pushy.
